       Karla started her journey in 2007 by making people feel beautiful about themselves inside and out. Working within the Aveda Network, Karla continued her professional growth through continued Education with such names and Aveda Purefessionals as David Adams, Ian Michael Black and many high end technical directors.  Her passion for education never ceases to inspire and drive herself and others around her.  This passion and her love of  sharing her knowledge, led Karla down the path of becoming an Aveda Certified Color Educator in 2014. She has taught all over the states and has traveled the country for education. It was this passion for people, sharing, and craft that attracted the attention of Avant Salon. Karla passed on her passion as Avant's "Color Educational Director" and behind the chair taking care of her guests as a "Master Color Specialist." Since then she decided to branch out on her own and do her own branding. She specializes in natural lived in hair color, blonding and color corrections.
